How booking works
A written quote before you pay, and odometer photos at the start and end so you only pay for the km you travel.

Share your trip details
Call, WhatsApp or use the form. Tell us your dates, pickup point, places to visit, number of people and vehicle preference.

Get a written quote
We send a quote on WhatsApp within 2 hours between 8am and 10pm, with the rate, estimated km, minimum km per day, driver allowance and what is extra.

Confirm with an advance
Pay the advance by UPI or bank transfer. You get a booking confirmation with your booking number, vehicle, pickup time and the amount paid.

Driver details a day before
We send the driver's name, phone number and vehicle number on WhatsApp the day before your trip.

Travel, then pay the balance
The driver arrives 15 minutes early and shares a photo of the odometer at the start and end. Your final bill lists km travelled, tolls and parking with receipts. Pay the balance by UPI or cash.

Questions we often get
What is included in the per-kilometre rate?
Fuel and the driver are included in the per-kilometre rate.
What do I pay extra on an outstation trip?
On outstation trips, driver food and stay, toll charges, parking, and state or interstate border tax are charged on top of the rate.
Do you rent vehicles without a driver?
No. Every booking comes with an experienced driver.
Are your drivers verified?
Yes. Every driver is verified before they drive for us, and they know Hyderabad and the highways well.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. We are GST registered, so companies and groups can get a GST invoice for their booking.
What vehicle sizes do you have?
Cars: 4-seater Maruti Baleno and Toyota Etios, and the 7-seater Toyota Innova Crysta. Tempo travellers: 12 and 18-seater Force Tempo Travellers, a 12-seater long version with extra luggage space, the luxury Force Urbania in 12 and 18 seats, and a premium 18-seater with custom-made seats and interior. Mini buses: 22 and 28-seater SML. Buses: 40-seater Eicher and Tata Marcopolo, and a new 50-seater.
Can I get a fixed price instead of per km?
Yes. You can choose a daily rate, or ask for one quote for the whole trip.
What are your working hours?
We are open every day from 8am to 10pm for bookings and enquiries, with 24/7 phone support while you are on a trip.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Boduppal, Hyderabad, and pick up from anywhere in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. This includes nearby areas like Uppal, Nagole, LB Nagar, Medipally, Peerzadiguda and Ghatkesar. How do I book?
Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or send your trip details using the form on this page. We will reply with a written quote, and you confirm with an advance of 20% (30% on peak dates).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup for a full refund of your advance, or more than 7 days before on peak dates such as the Sabarimala season and wedding season. Our booking and cancellation policy page has the full details.
